Welcome, welcome, welcome one and all to Harris County Fine Dining.com. Before I submit our inaugural review, I would like to take the time to explain the scoring system we have here.

During the review process there are 6 items that will receive a rating of 1 though 10 and the Glass Quotient as we like to call it. The six items that receive the 1-10 are: Restraint Style, Presentation of the plate, Speed of Service, How easy it is to flag down the water/waitress, Neatness and Cleanliness of the restrooms, and the Overall Feel of the evening.

The Glass Quotient is the X-factor in the scoring of the review. It’s basically how many times did the water/waitress fill up our glass with out being asked (Restraint vs Customer) +1 point for filling up with out asking, -1 for having to be asked. So basically the math looks like this:

(Style + Presentation + Speed + Flag + Restrooms + Feel) + (Staff - Customer) = Total

Total / 7 = Score of Review
